Okay listen.

Eat only good, whole foods for your body.
Exercise everyday.
Get a good night's rest.
Read scriptures daily.
Pray as often as possible.
Stretchhhh.
Be creative.
\Be nice.
Spread your love.
Expand your mind.
Study your heart out.
Drink lots of water.
