NOvember Goals:
-run 12 miles a week on the eliptical (3 miles, 4 times a week/2 miles, 6 times a week)
-lift, push-ups, workout the arms!!!
-insanity with the roommates! woo!
-NO sugar, NOvember
-eat healthy
-make good choices
-GET HOT
NOvember is going to to be good to me. It really is.
